Ok so here’s a little about me and what you can expect to find among the pages of this blog. I am a twenty something girl from Northern Ireland and as you may be able to tell I am not a fan of lettuce. I used to think if I just liked lettuce in any capacity it would be so much easier to lose weight. When you google healthy recipes more often than not it’s all salads. I thought “Why me! Why can I not eat a salad for lunch and be happy about it!”
So it got me thinking surely I can do a little exploring and find a greater variety of recipes that taste great, fill me up and will help me to lose weight. So that is exactly what I did and I found some amazing healthy meals that I love. I really enjoyed exploring healthy cooking and to my surprise over the last 6months have lost 20 odd pounds I never thought possible!
I want to share all of my recipes with you in the hope that I can help some of you to reach your goals. You really don’t have to eat rabbit food all day long in order to lose weight and be healthy. By just making a few small changes in your diet you can completely change how you feel about yourself as well as still look forward to the meals that you eat everyday. I promise you won’t feel like you are missing out on anything you would usually have.
